We offer a variety of yoga classes throughout the week, as well as private and semi-private sessions for individuals and small groups. Whether you prefer group settings or personalized attention, we have options to fit your schedule and needs.

Hot Yoga with Luiz

Hot Yoga with Luiz

This is Mota Thai Yoga’s most challenging class.  Energizing music is complemented by the red lighting in the studio.  Vinyasa flow sequences are combined with the power of martial arts.  This anatomy-based class will teach you about yourself, and leave a lasting impression on both the body and mind.

Coyopa Yoga

Coyopa Yoga

Coyopa Yoga is a high intensity class that utilizes straps (similar to TRX) to elevate your yoga practice. Physically and emotionally challenging, this class focuses on developing strength, balance, and core stability. Coyopa. or "lightening of the blood" is the equivalent of "chi" in the Mayan language. Some people also associate it with "kundalini" and the "awakening of the serpent".

To ensure safe and effective participation in our Coyopa yoga class participants must posses strong upper body and core muscles, no past shoulder injuries, and feel confident doing poses while minimizing the risk of injury.

If you are new to this class, please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to fill out a waiver form.

Self-Care Saturdays is an energizing yoga experience dedicated to nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. It's more than just a yoga class; it's a journey towards self-discovery and well-being. Yin/Restorative Yoga

Yin/Restorative Yoga

This slower paced style of yoga is a good compliment to our fast-paced lifestyles. Passive asanas (postures) are held up to 3-5 minutes, allowing the deep connective tissue to stretch, fascia to release, and increased circulation in the joints. Listen to your body and breath, how subtle movements can change the asana completely, and how to find peace in that which brings you discomfort.

Create heat from within and through our heated studio.  This Hot Vinyasa class is for those who want to move and sweat. Flows connect breath and movement, providing the foundation for students to move at their own pace.

Silks Yoga

Silks Yoga

Silks yoga uses lightweight material to help you balance and flow into your yoga practice. Combining deep stretching and slow flow, this is a great way to aid in transitions and balancing with more stability and ease. Postures are designed for a safe practice to help release tension, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility and balance.

To ensure safe and effective participation in our silks yoga class participants must posses strong upper body and core muscles, no past shoulder injuries, and feel confident doing poses while minimizing the risk of injury. Silks yoga utilizes heat to allow the body to relax and stretch further.
This class is heated 80-90 degrees.

If you are new to this class, please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to fill out a silks waiver form.

Morning Yoga

Morning Yoga

Morning Yoga is designed to help awaken your body and mind.  In this class, you will be guided through flow sequences and synchronized breathwork.  Focusing on gentle stretches, invigorating poses, and mindful transitions, you will build strength, flexibility, and balance. By the end of class, you will feel refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the day.

This class blends together vibrations of singing bowls, meditation, and yoga flow sequences. A great way to end the work week, cultivsting a profound sense of rejuvenatiuon for the mind, body, and spirit.

Morning Hatha (online only)

Morning Hatha (online only)

Combine yoga postures with breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system.  Class begins with about 10 min of guided meditation, followed by a gentle warm-up flow, concluding with another short meditation at the end of class. This class will help you kick off the day feeling steady, balanced, and focused.
