About the Class
Yin/Restorative Yoga is a slower-paced practice designed to help you reconnect with your body through deep stretching, mindful movement, and intentional stillness. This grounding class focuses on mobility, flexibility, breathwork, and body awareness—offering a calming balance to today’s fast-paced lifestyles.
Through longer-held passive postures, often lasting several minutes, this practice allows time to explore deeper layers of the body, including connective tissue and fascia, while improving mobility and creating greater awareness of how your body responds to movement.
You will learn to listen to your body, connect with your breath, and explore how subtle adjustments can transform your experience within each posture. This practice invites you to slow down, release tension, and find comfort within moments of stillness and gentle challenge.
Whether you are looking for stress relief, improved flexibility, recovery from an active lifestyle, or simply a space to reconnect with yourself, Yin and Restorative Yoga offers a supportive practice for all levels.
