Teacher Training

200hr | 500hr

Deepen Your Practice.

Transform Your Perspective.

Dancer in Motion

More than a yoga teacher training, MTY is an immersive anatomy-based education for those seeking a deeper understanding of movement, the body, and themselves.

Whether your goal is to teach or simply grow, this program is designed to transform the way you move, think, and practice.

More Than Teacher Training

Many people begin searching for something more.

For some, the journey begins with a desire to better understand their own bodies—whether that means exploring chronic pain, improving mobility, or learning how to approach movement after injury.

Others are healthcare professionals, fitness instructors, movement educators, experienced yoga teachers, or lifelong learners seeking a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, yoga philosophy, and the relationship between the body and movement. Many simply want to challenge themselves, deepen their yoga practice, and reconnect with their bodies in a more meaningful way.

At MTY, our 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs are about far more than earning a certification. They are an opportunity to learn to move with purpose, think critically, understand the body, and develop a lifelong relationship with movement, wellness, and personal growth.

Anatomy as the foundation

Understand why the body moves before focusing on how it looks. Every concept is rooted in anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement.

Ancient Wisdom. Modern Understanding.

Our approach blends thousands of years of yoga and martial arts with modern anatomy and movement science to create a practice that makes sense for how we live today.

Individualized learning

Every body has a different story. Our small cohorts allow instruction to be personalized so each student develops a deeper understanding of their own movement patterns and learning process.

Education Beyond Certification

Learning doesn't end when training does. MTY graduates continue to explore anatomy, movement, and personal practice because understanding the body is a lifelong journey.

200-Hour Teacher Training

Small Group Yoga

Whether your goal is to teach or simply deepen your understanding of movement, the MTY 200-Hour Teacher Training is designed for students seeking something more. Through anatomy-based education, individualized instruction, and consistent practice, you'll develop a deeper understanding of the body, your movement, and yourself.

This program emphasizes anatomy, biomechanics, yoga philosophy, health and lifestyle, and the confidence to apply what you learn both on and off the mat.

500-Hour Teacher Training

The MTY 500-Hour Teacher Training is an advanced continuation of the MTY Method for graduates ready to expand their knowledge through deeper study, mentorship, and practical application.

Designed to build upon the foundation established in our 200-hour program, this training challenges students to refine their understanding of anatomy, movement, teaching, and lifelong learning.

Because the 500-hour curriculum builds directly upon the MTY Method, completion of the MTY 200-Hour Teacher Training is required before advancing into the program, regardless of previous certifications.
