About the Class
Yinyasa is a blend of Yin and Vinyasa yoga in one seamless class. We begin with deep, still postures to open the body and calm the mind, then shift into a strong, feel-good Vinyasa flow, and finally wind down with grounding postures to close. Yinyasa is about balance—soft and strong, calm and energizing, effort and ease. It is movement, stillness, and release—all in one session.
