OUR CLASSES
We offer classes every day of the week. Some are hot, others are not. Some focus on movement, others on stillness. We have something for everyone. Read the descriptions below and join us for one of our following classes.

Silks Yoga
Hot Yoga with Luiz combines Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with martial arts, ballet, and pilates to increase neuromuscular efficiency, body posture, balance, strength and power. Be prepared to sweat in this challenging yoga class! Styles and techniques vary depending on the goal of the day's class.
(Classes are heated between 90-100 degrees.)
Silks Yoga uses lightweight material to help you balance and flow into your yoga practice. Combining deep stretching and slow flow, this is a great way to aid in transitions and balancing with more stability and ease. This is not an aerial yoga class. All postures are grounded for a safe practice to help release tension, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility and balance. Silks yoga utilizes heat to allow the body to relax and stretch further.

(Classes are heated between 80-90 degrees.)

Integrate breath and movement with Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga. This class focuses on alignment, strength and flexibility. There will be a combination of both slow sequences to create internal heat, as well as faster flow sequences that will help build muscle and stamina.
(Classes are heated between 85-95 degrees.)

Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Create heat from within and through our heated studio. This Hot Vinyasa class is for those who want to move and sweat. Flows connect breath and movement, providing the foundation for students to move at their own pace.
(Classes are heated between 85-95 degrees.)

Yin/Restorative Yoga
(online option available)
This slower paced style of yoga is a good compliment to our fast-paced lifestyles. Passive asanas (postures) are held up to 3-5 minutes, allowing the deep connective tissue to stretch, fascia to release, and increased circulation in the joints. Listen to your body and breath, how subtle movements can change the asana completely, and how to find peace in that which brings you discomfort.
(Classes are heated between 80-85 degrees.)

Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga
This yoga class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow Yoga is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than a typical Vinyasa yoga class.
(Classes are heated between 80-90 degrees.)

Morning Yoga
