We offer classes every day of the week.  Some are hot, others are not.  Some focus on movement, others on stillness.  We have something for everyone.  Read the descriptions below and join us for one of our following classes.

Hot Yoga with Luiz

Sundays 12:15-1:30pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45-7:00pm

Hot Yoga with Luiz combines Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with martial arts, ballet, and pilates to increase neuromuscular efficiency, body posture, balance, strength and power.  Be prepared to sweat in this challenging yoga class! Learn to develop a deeper relationship with your mind and body as you are led through flow sequences as well as invited to flow on your own. Explanations of anatomy, alignment, and breath will be discussed throughout class.  When you finish this class, you will be drenched in sweat, and feel very different then when you walked in the door just an hour before. Styles and techniques vary depending on the goal of the day's class.

(In-studio classes are heated between 90-100 degrees.)

Coyopa Yoga

Saturdays 12:15-1:15pm

Coyopa Yoga is a challenging class that utilizes straps (similar to TRX) to enhance your yoga practice. Class begins with a warm up, and then moves on to faster paced flow sequences that will get your heart rate up.

Utilizing the straps, you will work on muscles that are more difficult to stretch in other types of exercises. The straps are used to help balance and stretch deeper (but safely) into yoga postures. This class is focused on strengthening, relieving pain, and preventing injuries. It helps to release tension, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility.

Coyopa, or “lightening of the blood” is the equivalent of “chi” in the Mayan language. Some people also associate it with “kundalini” and the “awakening of the serpent.”

(In-studio classes are heated between 90-100 degrees.)

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Fridays 10:00-11:00am

Wednesdays 5:45-6:45pm

Creating heat from within and through our heated studio, Hot Vinyasa is great for those who want to move and sweat.  Flows connect breath and movement, providing the foundation for you to move at your own pace.

(In-studio classes are heated 90-100 degrees.)

Yinyasa Yoga

Saturdays 11:00am-12:00pm

This class is a combinations of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga. The Vinyasa postures flow from one to the next to creat internal heat. The Win postures are held for longer periods of time to allow the muscles to relax and the connective tissues to gently stretch.

(In-studio classes are heated between 85-95 degrees.)

Fridays 6:15-7:15pm

Slow Flow Yoga

This yoga class will help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than a typical Vinyasa yoga class.

(In-studio classes are heated between 80-90 degrees.)

Yin/Restorative Yoga

Wednesdays 7:00-8:00pm

Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga

Sundays 11:00am-12:00pm

Mondays 6:00-7:00pm

Integrate breath and movement with Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga. This class focuses on alignment, strength and flexibility. There will be a combination of both slow sequences to create internal heat, as well as faster flow sequences that will help build muscle and stamina.

(Sunday Slow Burn Vinyasa classes are heated between 85-95 degrees.  Monday Slow Burn Vinyasa classes are heated between 80-85 degrees.)

Morning Yoga

Saturdays and Sundays 9:40-10:40am

Reconnect with yourself—mind, body, and spirit! This slower paced style of yoga is a good compliment to our fast-paced lifestyles. Passive asanas (postures) are held for long periods of time, sometimes up to 3-5 minutes, allowing the deep connective tissue to stretch, the fascia to release, and an increase circulation in the joints. Learn to listen to your body and breath, how subtle movements can change the asana completely, and how to find peace in that which brings you discomfort.

(In-studio classes are heated between 80-85 degrees.)

Morning Yoga classes a great way to gently wake up your body and mind.  This class begins with breathing and slow stretches, includes a short flow sequence, and ends with deeper stretches.  You will learn to focus on your breath and gain clarity for your day and your week.

(In-studio classes are heated between 80-85 degrees.)

Morning Hatha

Thursdays 6:30-7:15am

Combine yoga postures with breathing techniques to help calm the nervous system.  Class begins with about 10 min of guided meditation, followed by a gentle warm-up flow, concluding with another short meditation at the end of class. This class will help you kick off the day feeling steady, balanced, and focused.

Morning Meditation

Mondays 7:00-7:15am

This 15-minute meditation session focuses on breath-work and guided meditation.  Even 15-minutes is enough to make a big difference with the rest of your day!
