Individual Thai Yoga/Thai Massage (30 or 60 minutes)
Perfect for those with injuries or those wanting to prevent injury. Assisted yoga postures, stretching and twisting techniques, acupressure, muscle compression, and joint mobilization techniques are used.
Small Group Thai Yoga (60 minutes)
These sessions are tailored to fit the needs of each client's goals. This could be toning muscles, balance/coordination, weight loss, working with specific injuries/injury prevention, etc.
